Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.


However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can reach us at info@bartenderinabox.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Photos of damaged items are appreciated and help us resolve the issue faster.


We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Requests made outside the 7-day window or for issues unrelated to shipping or product quality may not be eligible for resolution.
